In late April 2005, PEARL JAM played a surprise show at Easy Street Records in West Seattle on a Friday night in support of the 10th anniversary of the Coalition of Independent Music Stores (CIMS). The result was a once in a lifetime performance that has been captured on an EP entitled LIVE FROM EASY STREET. This 7 song EP contains 3 never before released cover songs!

The 120 indie record store owners and managers who were in Seattle for the CIMS conference boarded a shuttle to attend what they were told was just 'A party at Easy Street.' At about 9 PM Pearl Jam appeared on a tiny stage that had been built in the store that day, and played a sizzling 1 hr performance in front of 200 people!
